The following is a Terms of Service Agreement between you and sociallead Registered in india as proprietorship in the address of 5/133, Vivekandar street, Thasildhar Nagar, Madurai 625020, contact by support@sociallead.in. By accessing Sociallead or making any purchase from the Company, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. The Company reserves the right to modify the Agreement at any time, and your continued use of the site constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
USE:
Sociallead provides various services, including social media engagement and subscriber services, which can be purchased online. By purchasing any Services, you agree to pay the purchase price and ensure that you have the authority to use the social media account linked to the purchase. You also agree not to use the Services for any fraudulent or illegal purpose.
By using Sociallead services, you agree that all sales are final and refunds will only be provided as per the Refund Policy stated on our website. Any other refunds will solely depend on the Company’s discretion.
COPYRIGHT:
All content on Sociallead, including text, images, sound, video, and code, is the intellectual property of the Company and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and patent laws.
CONDUCT:
You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and not to compromise its security, damage its content or service, or access content without permission. Any information you submit to the Company regarding an order for Services will be kept confidential, but other material or information sent to the website will not be considered confidential.
CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION:
Socialboss reserves the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies in its content without prior notice. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.
CORRECTION OF INACCURACIES:

TERMINATION OF SERVICE:
The Agreement will terminate upon completion of the job order or by either party’s decision to terminate it. If the Company determines that you are abusing the system, it may withdraw your participation and withhold any amount owed to you.
THIRD-PARTY MARKETING CAMPAIGNS:
You may not run other marketing campaigns while using Sociallead’s services, as they may interfere with the system’s statistics. The Company is responsible for any fans, followers, views, comments, likes, visits, and votes gained during the duration of your marketing campaign.
OFFLINE PAYMENTS:
We dont have offline payments, but in case we approve to pay with cash or check, your marketing campaign will not begin until the check clears. No refunds are available for payment with cash or check. The duration of your marketing campaign cannot be guaranteed.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
The Company is not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of Socialboss or the Services. You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims related to your use of the site.
INDEMNIFICATION:
By using Socialboss or the Services, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company from any claim that may arise in connection with your use of the platform. Additionally, you are responsible for indemnifying and defending the Company against any claim that alleges a violation of this Agreement.
CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION
The Company will maintain the confidentiality of any information you provide related to processing an order for Services. However, any other material or information submitted to the website will not be considered confidential. You grant the Company permission to use, display, and distribute your submission, either in whole or in part, without any royalty and irrevocably in any manner the Company deems appropriate.
SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNTS
The Company cannot be held responsible for any accounts, photos, videos, and/or tracks that are removed as a result of using our Services or your interaction with Socialboss. It is difficult to ascertain why social media account providers suspend or delete accounts or content. Therefore, all purchases of Services are undertaken at your own risk. In the event that your account or content is suspended or deleted, we cannot offer a refund after the completion of services.
OVER-DELIVERY OF SERVICE
Socialboss reserves the right to deliver more Services than initially ordered, which may include additional followers or subscribers. This excess amount, known as “Extras,” is intended to act as a buffer in case of a minor loss of followers or subscribers. It is important to note that the Extras are not covered under the Company’s Retention Guarantee and are not subject to replacement in the event of a loss that is equal to or less than the over-delivery amount.
RETENTION GUARANTEE
Socialboss provides a Limited Retention Guarantee / Warranty for certain services offered. In the event that a customer experiences a loss of followers, likes, views, and/or plays acquired through Socialboss’s services (beyond the Extras), the Company may be able to re-deliver them at no additional cost, at its discretion. The duration of Socialboss’s Retention Guarantee varies for each service.
Any requests for the Retention Guarantee will be subject to the Company’s final and non-appealable determination. In addition, the following circumstances will disqualify a customer from the Retention Guarantee:
- The customer has ordered from a different company, person, or service at any time.
- The customer’s account had a decrease in Followers/Likes/Views/Plays before ordering from Socialboss or those obtained through other means.
- The customer makes their Account/Page/Video/Photo/Track private, restricted or inaccessible (e.g. changing the customer’s username) during and/or after a campaign.
- The customer blocks/deletes/bans the followers/likes/plays/views that they received from Socialboss.
ACCOUNT/VIDEO MODIFICATION
While your Socialboss marketing campaign is running, you are not allowed to change, modify, or remove your account, username, photo, and/or video. Any such changes can render your account, photo, and/or video inaccessible and disrupt our service. Therefore, you must obtain prior notice and approval from Socialboss before making any changes, modifications, or removals. Failure to do so may result in termination of your affected order(s) and make them ineligible for any kind of refund.
