Refund Policy

Order Cancellation and Refund Policy:

You may request an order cancellation by emailing support@sociallead.in However, once an order is In Progress, we cannot guarantee that the order can be stopped. If we are able to stop the service, we will issue a refund for any undelivered services. In case of partial delivery, if we are able to stop the service, we will cancel the order and issue a refund to your balance. The refund will be calculated by deducting the amount of service units already delivered from the total amount of your refund. For full delivery, no refund will be made. If the order is cancelled by our system due to technical or delivery issues, we will issue a refund for any undelivered services.

Services Refill/Refund Policy:

We offer various services that have different delivery methods and features. Some of our services come with a refill/restart if the services we deliver drop, while others come with no refill/restart, or only for a specific timeframe after the order is placed. It is important to review the Service Description before placing an order to ensure you are familiar with the refill policy. If there is any problem with an order, please open a Support Ticket and inform us. If the service purchased comes with a refill, we will restart the order to complete the delivery, and if we are unable to complete the order, we will issue a refund for any undelivered services.

**All the refund will take 5-10 days to credit in your account, some banks will take more longer.
